The summit bid
The summit bid
Last summer, I had the opportunity to explore the breathtaking Mont Blanc massif with British filmmaker Michael Shaw. Our mission was not only to capture the majestic landscape, but also to showcase the sustainable mountain clothing that accompanied us on our adventures. In collaboration with the English company “The Summit Bid”, we not only climbed the peaks, but also gained an insight into their environmentally friendly approach to outdoor clothing.
The journey begins – Mont Blanc adventure with The Summit Bid
Our journey began in the heart of the French Alps when we equipped ourselves with high-quality mountain clothing from The Summit Bid. The jackets, made from recycled plastic, not only promised protection from the icy summit winds, but also represented a significant step towards sustainability.
During our mountain tour, we delved deeper into the mission of The Summit Bid. The company relies on the use of recycled plastic to produce high-quality mountain clothing. This focus on sustainability goes hand in hand with their commitment to the environment and preserving the beauty of the mountains.
Our trip took us to Nepal last October, where The Summit Bid jackets were once again in the spotlight. The impressive landscape of the Himalayas served as a backdrop for photos that not only captured the beauty of nature, but also the connection between adventure and sustainability.
